Let’s say you’re a Fitness Expert who specializes in metabolic strength training and sustainable fat loss for high-achieving women 35–50.

Your HQL is NOT every woman who wants to “get healthier someday.”

Your HQL looks more like this:

  • Ask followup questions in the DMs or in emails
  • Offer 1-2 minutes of personalized feedback to showcase your expertise

  • Make it easy to say yes to the next step

Step 3: Only Book Sales Calls with Pre-Qualified Leads

Repeat after me:

“Sales is NOT a numbers game.”

Your calendar shouldn’t be full of strangers. It should be full of near-yeses.

Only book calls with leads who’ve already:

✅ Engaged with your breadcrumb offer
✅ Taken action by submitting their “mini homework” or dialoguing toward a sale in the DMs
✅ Proven they’re serious about solving their problem

This makes your sales calls:

  • More relaxed
  • More intuitive
  • WAY more effective

You’re not selling to cold leads — you’re consulting with warm ones who’ve already experienced your magic.


Step 4: Consult, Don’t Convince

This is the energetic shift that changes everything:

A sales call is not a pitch. It’s a final vibe check.

Come in curious. Ask follow-ups. Reflect their language. Confirm alignment.

You’re not selling. You’re simply assessing:

  • Can you help them?
  • Are they ready to receive your help?
  • Do you enjoy their energy and vision?

If it’s a full-body yes? Then offer the next step — clearly and confidently.

If it’s not? Don’t pitch.

That’s ethical sales.
